Murmurate launches for public use

Any company can now measure its full carbon footprint on Murmurate, publish the result to an open database, and be found there by its customers.

The platform covers Scope 1, 2 and 3, using published government emission factors and the GHG Protocol. Every figure links back to its source, its factor and its method, so a footprint can be checked rather than taken on trust.

It is free for businesses under 500 employees.
