Murmurate launches OpenCCF

OpenCCF is an open data format for corporate carbon footprints.

A footprint published in it carries more than a number: each figure arrives with the source it came from, the emission factor applied to it, and the method behind it. That is what makes two footprints comparable, and what lets a reader check one rather than trust it.

The specification is open and free to implement.
